ORDERS & SHIPPING

The same shipping and return policy apply to ambassadors as it does to any other customer.  While your partnership is very important to us, we are a small team and our customer service team is focused on providing the best customer service for all our customers and is not staffed to process exceptions for ambassadors. 

Carve Designs accepts payments via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. 

When placing your order, please make sure you provide your correct billing address for your credit card. If we do not have your credit card billing address your order will be delayed. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

First of all, please note that sharing your birthday with us is completely optional.

If you are open to sharing, we'd love to wish you a happy birthday and perhaps send you a little treat from time to time!  Please note that we are in the process of putting together a birthday program but it may take some time to go into effect, so if we miss your birthday this year, we hope to make it up to you in the future.

Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.  Transit time is measured in business days which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders do not deliver on the weekends. Please note that your order may take extra time to ship during sale events and holidays. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

We ship via Fedex for all orders except P.O. Boxes and military addresses which ship via USPS.

*Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, P.O. Boxes and military addresses are not eligible for Faster or Fastest shipping. They will ship ground with a lead time of 10-14 business days*

Standard: Carve Designs charges $30 to ship orders ground to Canada. GST Tax will also be added to your order at check out. Duties are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Carve Designs only ships internationally to Canada at this time, and the charge is $30 to ship orders to Canada. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be determined by your local customs agency and due at the time of delivery. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office.

After your order has been processed and shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you at the email you provided upon placing your order. If you did not provide an email please contact us at [email protected]

Our warehouse staff needs some time off too. As such, we do not ship out any merchandise on the weekends or holidays!  

Ground Shipping

We will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. However, it may take up to 3 business days to process your order.

Expedited Shipping: Express & Expedited

  • Please note that Expedited orders must be received by 9 am PT to be shipped out the same day.
  • Expedited orders received after 9 am PT will not be shipped until the next business day. 
  • Expedited orders placed after 9 am PT on Thursday through 9 am PT on Friday will ship on Friday.
  • Expedited orders placed after 9 am PT on Friday through 9 am PT Monday will ship on Monday.

Waitlisted Items

  • At the time you place the order, the product page will list an estimated ship date.  Please note that while this is our best estimate, ship dates are subject to change. 
  • Waitlisted items will ship as soon as they come back in stock.
  • Please note that waitlisted items aren't eligible for Expedited Shipping

If your order has not shipped we are able to cancel your order. We are unable to make any changes to an order that has already been processed. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for us to assist at [email protected]

  • Please note that orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • If you place your order before9 1am PT on a business day, you will receive your order in two business days.
  • If you place your order after 9 am PT, it will not be shipped until the next business day, so please allow three business days to receive your order.
  • Express shipping orders placed after 9 am PT on Thursday through 9 am PT on Friday will ship on Friday to arrive on Tuesday.
  • Express shipping orders placed after 9 am PT on Friday through 9 am PT Monday will ship on Monday to arrive on Wednesday.
  • Express shipping orders cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
  • Waitlisted items aren't eligible for Two-Day shipping.

If you ordered an item that has had its price lowered within 5 days of purchase, we will gladly refund you the difference. Please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order details.

Waitlisted items are items that we have coming back into stock in the near future. At the time you place the order, the product page will list an estimated ship date.  Please note that while this is our best estimate, ship dates are subject to change. 

  • Waitlisted items will ship as soon as they come back in stock. 
  • If you ordered other items that are not waitlisted, those items will ship prior to when your waitlisted item comes back into stock.
  • Please note that waitlisted items aren't eligible for Expedited Shipping

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your items, we will gladly accept returns that meet four simple conditions.

  1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.
  2. Returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of receipt.
  3. All returns must be made through our returns process below. 
  4. Note that sale items marked FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

  • To begin the returns process, please visit our Return Center and use the order number and email address associated with your order. Your order number is 5 digits and ends in CD.
  •  After entering your return information, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Please note, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for using this label. 
  • You will be notified via email when your return has been received, and again when your refund has been processed. You can also track your return by logging into your account at www.carvedesigns.com. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.  

To Exchange an Item

  • You can exchange an item that is the same style and color but for a different size in our Return Center by clicking exchange.
  • Follow the prompt to receive your return label to return the item that did not work for you.
  • Please note you will have 7 days from the time of exchange submission to drop your return items at the carrier.  We will reserve inventory for you until then.  After 7 days your exchange and return request will be canceled and you'll have the option to re-submit new return/exchange request.
  • Please note, your new order will ship once you have submitted your return to Fedex by using our return label provided.
  • You will receive the tracking details once that new exchange order has shipped from our warehouse
  • You will not be charged the $7 return fee for exchange returns.

Canada Returns & Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to use our pre-paid return label for returns or exchanges from Canada. If you are returning items from Canada, please return the product to the address on the return form. Carve Designs is not responsible for duties and tax credits for color and sizing issues.

Canada Returns

  • Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to use our pre-paid return label for returns from Canada. If you are returning items from Canada, please return the product to the address on the return form. Carve Designs is not responsible for duties and tax credits for color and sizing issues.
  • To Exchange an Item

    • You can exchange an item that is the same style and color but for a different size in our Return Center by clicking exchange.
    • Choose the updated size and follow the prompt to receive your return label to return the item that did not work for you.
    • Please note, your new order will ship once you have submitted your return to Fedex by using our return label provided.
    • You will receive the tracking details once that new exchange order has shipped from our warehouse
    • You will not be charged the $7 return fee for this exchange.

Unfortunately, you are not able to combine returns at this time. If you have placed separate orders they will need to have separate returns. We apologize for any inconvenience and if you have any questions email [email protected]

To process a return or exchange with Carve Designs, follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Return Center at https://www.carvedesigns.com/apps/returns to initiate the process and print out a return label.
  2. If you have any issues with printing out the label, you can contact us and request the label to be emailed to you again.
  3. Once you have sent your return items back to us using the provided shipping label, wait for the items to arrive back to us.
  4. If you included an item that you wanted to exchange without the process being completed, you would be refunded for the item.
  5. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want. If you inform us of your new order, we can refund your shipping fee for the exchange.
  6. Keep an eye on your email for a notification about the credit details once your return is received by us.

Carve Designs manufactures product both in the US and overseas. 

DOMESTIC MANUFACTURING

  • California-based factories make a significant portion the high-quality swimwear, activewear and rashguards we sell. We remain committed to U.S. manufacturing and work with domestic factories as much as we can. 

OVERSEAS MANUFACTURING

  • Carve Designs fosters deep relationships with its overseas factories, and our onsite managers visit the factories regularly (as often as daily during high production times) to ensure that workers are well compensated and treated fairly.

On most product pages, there is a “ FIT PREDICTOR” Calculate your size link located underneath the color swatches. Using this size calculator is the best way to determine your best fit for that item.

Model measurements and sizes can be found under the DETAILS section on the product page. If for some reason this information is missing, reach out to us via the “Q&A” section at the bottom of the product page.

The lighting where a photo was taken can affect the way a color appears in a photograph.  Items taken under bright light often appear brighter than they actually are—this is especially true with shades of blue.  If you have questions on a specific item’s color, reach out to us via the “Q&A” section at the bottom of the product page.

Care instructions can be found under the CARE section on the product page. If for some reason this information is missing, reach out to us via the “Q&A” section at the bottom of the product page.

Navigate to the swim collection that you’d like to shop, and use the “Swim Top Activity” filter.  You can choose “Light", "Moderate, or "High” Activity.

If a swim top contains removable chest pads, this information will be listed under the DETAILS section on the product page.  

Navigate to the swim collection that you’d like to shop, and use the “Swim Rear Coverage” filter.  You can choose “Less," Medium," or "Full” Coverage.

We strive to offer a wide range of sizing for every fit. We are proud to offer larger cup sizes in D-DD sizing for someone that may need it, and also know that a larger cup size is independent of chest band size, so we offer D-DD cup sizes in Small, Medium and Large.

Carve Designs is a member of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition–the apparel, footwear, and textile industry’s leading alliance for sustainable production. We are constantly trying to reduce our environmental impact throughout our supply chain.

ORGANIC COTTON

Cotton made from non-genetically modified plants without pesticides keeps Mother Earth healthy and happy.

TENCEL

Tencel is a carbon neutral, biodegradable fabric derived from quickly renewable eucalyptus trees.

MODAL

Modal is a carbon neutral, biodegradable fabric derived from quickly renewable beech trees.

RECYCLED POLYESTER

Our recycled polyester fabric is made from recycled plastic bottles, highly recyclable, curbs waste and reduces toxic emissions.
